Data Boxes in E-government of the Czech Republic

The content of this work is the analysis and explanation of the data box in the e-government of the Czech Republic. The thesis will be dealt with the processing of implementation and using of data boxes in the state and local governments, specifically their using at the Municipal office in Chrudim. The result of the work will be suggestions and recommendations for more effective using of data boxes at the Municipal Office of Chrudim.

This bachelor's thesis deals with eGovernment of the Czech Republic, as in terms of information technology, as well as legislative. The thesis describes selected registers of eGovernment of the Czech Republic, especially ARES information system, which is used in proposition of practical part of the thesis. The outcome of the thesis is the aplication that retriever data from multiple registers. Data are combined are visually interpreted to user. The aplication is created with assistance of QT Libraries of language C++.

Design and production of sample panels with system installation Ego-n

The thesis deals with the development of systems for intelligent building, focused on wiring system, division of them and comparison of their differences. The advantages of these systems like comfort, energy reduction, etc. are also mentioned. Nowadays several standards of systems for intelligent building exist as KNX/EIB or LON, therefore thesis concerns to trade-off these standards too. Main part of the thesis is focused on system Egon made by company ABB where the system concept as well as bus modules are described that allow different functions, mutual connection of modules and their programming. Tutorial panel with ABB Ego-n wiring system, which will be used for study purpose, is designed in the practical part of the work. It includes scheme of the panel, electric linkage of components and photographs of constructed panel as documentation. In the final part of the work two examples of laboratory exercise for installation and setting are listed, including programming description.

eGovernment in Public Administration

This bachelor thesis deals with eGovernment as a tool for modernizing public administration. It is focused on the digitalization of public administration and the changes associated with it, which came as a result of the dynamic development of information and communication technologies. The aim of this work is to analyze the functioning of basic registers in public administration and their evaluation in relation to the citizen. The theoretical part focuses on eGovernment and its related issues regarding electronic signature, public administration portal, CzechPOINT and eGON project, data boxes and of course the basic registers. Own analytical part consists of the characteristics of an administrative authority, which uses the basic registers and description of the functioning of the registry. The following is an evaluation of the situation and conclusion.

Služby Czech POINT jako součást E-governmentu v ČR

This thesis deals with Czech POINT services provided as part of eGovernment with the main focus on Czech Post. The thesis consists of literary research and my own research. The literary research defines main notions concerning this issue, such as for example eGovernment, contact point, eGON and others, always in relation to the corresponding law. Also I present the complete list of all Czech POINT services with their brief characteristics. The literary research ends with service innovations in eGovernment. In my own research I find out the availability of Czech POINT sites in Žďár nad Sázavou. Especially, I focus on the branch of Czech Post office and municipality in Žďár nad Sázavou. I compare these two Czech POINT providers and reveal some problems. At the end of this part, I make suggestions for solving these problems.
